Providers are the heartbeat of Ele. We believe good care starts with taking care of the people who provide it, genuinely, not as a talking point. This is where you come to sharpen your craft, process the weight of this work, and grow inside a community that's actually invested in you. We're not building a roster of clinicians. We're building a rooted, collaborative network, a place where providers are as well-supported as the clients they serve.
Supervision
One-on-one space to process the hard cases, sharpen your clinical judgment, and be met with the same compassion you're trained to offer everyone else. You spend your days holding space for other people. Here, someone holds it for you.

We provide dedicated supervision across LCSW, LPC, and LMFT specialties - so yes, you can meet your licensure requirements here. But that's the baseline, not the point.

We believe good supervision is interdisciplinary. Sitting across from someone trained in a different modality, with a different clinical lens, changes how you see your own cases. Our supervisors don't just sign off on hours, they bring a different viewpoint and a different skill set to the table, one you can genuinely learn from and build on.
Group Supervision
Group supervision is where newer clinicians land when they're first entering the field, still climbing the steep part of the learning curve, still figuring out what they don't yet know. That's the point of this space, not a problem to hide. Growth starts with getting honest about the gaps, then building the skills to close them, together.

Grow alongside a small group of associate clinicians who have just entered the field. This is a space to learn from and grow with seasoned clinicians who actually get it, while sharpening your skills through shared cases, different perspectives, and honest feedback, in a space built on trust rather than competition. Community, not just curriculum.​

This isn't sitting quietly while more experienced people talk. It's an active, collaborative space where you bring your cases, ask the questions you're afraid are "too basic," and get real feedback from clinicians who remember exactly what this stage felt like. The goal isn't just competence: it's setting a strong, healthy foundation to build the rest of your career on.
REAL SUPPORT
Professional support shouldn't feel like one more box to check before your license clears. If that's all it's been for you so far, we understand why you'd be skeptical this could look different.
Our supervision and consultation work is built for clinicians who want to get better at the actual craft, not just accumulate hours. That means real conversations about the cases sitting heavy on you, the moments in session where you froze and aren't sure why. We'll tell you the truth about your blind spots, because that's what actually makes you a better clinician.

Peer Supervision
Sometimes the most useful support doesn't come from someone above you, it comes from someone in it with you. Peer supervision is a space to be real about the work, trade what's actually helping, and stay connected to people who understand the weight of this field without you having to explain it.
Trainings & Workshops
Our trainings and workshops are built around real, specific topics, not a checklist of generic requirements. Each one goes deep into a particular skill, modality, or clinical challenge, led with the same intention and care you'd expect from Ele. These are interactive, hands-on spaces designed for real growth, sharpening your craft as a clinician, and doing your own work alongside the other people in the room.
We host these in spaces built to feel like Ele: warm, intentional, unhurried. A place to slow down, go deep on something specific and useful, and connect with other providers who take this work as seriously as you do.
